The one with a trip down memory corner

Friday, May 3, 2013
The biggest reason we made the trip down to Auburn for the spring A-day game was for the final rolling of our beloved oak trees at Toomers corner. It has been sad to watch the poor trees deteriorate over the past couple of years post poisoning, and they were finally at a point of no return.

We have had so many fun memories at that corner during our collegiate career and since. It is hard to imagine the corner without those two oak trees standing on it. I went back through the picture files and pulled some of my favorite pictures with the trees.

Not the first picture, but the earliest one I could find easily, circa 2006
